And see how totally NOT broken, but still totally cool it is? ::Sigh:: I thought I was so awesome. But man, I shoulda known somebody woulda been playing a super-tuned version of this at Worlds if it DID work. Damn, damn, damn. One of those days.

Out of curiousity, what did you think it could do?
I thought it could get it's effect just by being put into play. So I thought... "Oh, Cut Off One Head... plus Cape Killers = 2 extra resource points, pretty consistently, on turn 5! That means a 7 drop on turn 5!"
